Time to get fit .... again

Took my first mountain bike excursion since last September today. Went over to Llandegla Forest with my mate Chris. Very tired after a tough 2 hour trek up, down and across the trails but had a great time. There was some lovely late afternoon sunlight to enjoy too ...
