Up early to put money in a parking meter. Headed off to find some croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast from the local Waitrose. I saw this sign in a car park on my way back and it seemed appropriate for my task this weekend - trying to get son number one to finally commit the knowledge that is in his head to paper. A final deadline is looming.
I discussed, cajoled, listened and typed up the resulting handwritten pages. I hope I helped.
After several bursts of activity and more feeding of the parking meter, we finished for the evening and went in search of something to eat. We had veggie sausage sandwiches in front of a quiz show on his tiny sofa.
More scribing to be done tomorrow.
