A room with a view

View from the Grand hotel in Cabourg (Normandy) where Marcel Proust was a regular guest (there's even a -horribly- expensive suite named after him, apparently the one he used to stay at). Just spending the weekend here. Change of scenery... Before we got here though we stopped at Honfleur to have a meal at our favourite place there (la Petite Chine) and on the way I had a nasty fall: thought I'd broke my nose and front teeth. In the end I have "just" ended up with a badly scraped upper lip and hands as well a very bruised and sore knee and the finishing touch a split in my inside lip. Since I'm constantly being told to see the positive side of everything: it could have been worse!
