It was fab I beat my best time so far and got my fastest mile and km as well!

Whoop!

Then I had ice cold water chucked on me. Part of me knows it's wrong to chuck around such a precious commodity. However the world seems such a dire place at the moment and the kids loved it!

I also had my remaining chicken adopted. Not sure how I feel about it all.
