I ALSO enjoy bread!

I often have assistance in the kitchen. Assistance and supervision ....to be fair anyone with a GSD is permanently assisted and supervised so I really should be used to it.

This is ciabatta made from a Lidl packet mix..... Nice crust but not enough holes.... Too much shaping! Still tasty!
