"Rising up to the challenge"

Today I am on a baking mission to win a blogger competition. The competition involves using Glenisk products and taking a photo of how you use them. Today I made a scrummy lemon ricotta and yogurt cake and took this photo to submit into the competition. I really want to win. The cake turned out beautifully and I was delighted with it, as were all of those who tried a slice. So if you see lots of photos from me featuring Glenisk products you will know it is for this competition and not that I work for them or anything like that.
