Farm shop
You know its a proper farm shop when there is heavy machinery casually abandoned.
A lot of local and north west produce (a cheese trip beckons) and a rarity in that you can buy fresh unpasteurised milk each day. The apple pie and warm pasties, also made fresh each day, came home with us and when the custard, made with their own eggs & milk, involves a wait as they were just cooking up a new batch you know it will be worth the wait. It was and still warm.
Pity we have only discovered the place on the day we appointed an estate agent to move miles away.
