A glimpse of the sun

It has rained most of the day so I decided to stay at home. Listened to the football on the radio this afternoon - Newcastle United were playing away against Aston Villa. The match ended 0 - 0. Newcastle were the better team I thought and deserved 3 points.

Did the ironing while listening to the match. Then I finally got round to cleaning the BBQ which we used last Saturday.

Neil went off early this morning as he was playing rugby. Hope he didn't get injured. He always gives 100% and often comes a cropper.

The August Forum Challenge today is Shapes and Shadows. The sun came out for a few mins late this afternoon so I quickly took this shot looking out of my patio doors into the cat enclosure.
