Pick your own

Today has been one of the lovelist days of august. We went fruit picking for raspberries, blackberries, plums and late strawberries. Tom was so determined to get the best blackberries for the crumble he climbed in amongst stinger nettles, only to discover good, accessible blackberries just around the corner! Anyway, the crumble was delicious and so was the rib eye steak we got from the farm shop butcher and had for dinner. To complete our day off we watched a good old rom com.
