Looking south from Top of the Rock

Twilight is, I think, the best time to go high in New York. The building's internal lights and external lighting all come on as the sun goes down.

We spent most of the day in New Jersey, then travelled in to Manhattan and the Rockefeller Centre, where we went to the Top of the Rock. Brilliant views towards the Empire State Building and the Liberty Tower, further south.
