it's been another none stop day here - finally sitting down with my second glass of vino.....

got my computer back, fixed.....but man what a lot of work it is to reinstall all the various programs.....omg.....i'm gonna have to reread the Lightroom book!!!!! all my bookmarks have vanished, my outlook express email thing looks totally different....why are we so reluctant to deal with change? things were so comfortable - at the end of the day i knew which keys to punch, which files to open etc.....now it is taking a long time! oh well, i'm actually just very grateful that it is all still working!

Jane came over to make pesto for us today! wow, what a wonderful gift! she spent 4 hours in our kitchen, making tons of pesto.....there are still many basil plants to be dealt with....and the window is closing.....so next week she has offered to come back and make more for us!!!

The 3 of us, Terry, Jane and I are just about to sit down to a well earned dinner!

oh and i also spent the morning throwing a shit load of pots!
