Happy Shy

A strange day that started with my first sea swim in ages, at Skaill beach with a group of nice and crazy people who swim every Saturday all year long - water temperature was around 12 C, and goes down to about 2 in the winter.. Madness! I went in in my neoprene shortie without which I would have drowned in the waves whilst everyone else was in swim suits.. Amazing feeling though, I felt very alive all day.. After a nap, that is!

Just waited for time to pass afterwards, and had a walk all the way to Breckness afterwards, collecting more Groatie Buckies and playing with my new lens (the same one I smashed last year in July though a slightly improved version I think!) though the light wasn't brilliant so it's another shot of my best friend :)
