Amaryllis

Extreme pain with associated tears suffered during a visit to the beauty therapist tonight - enough information, you wouldn't want to know the detail of what I was being subjected-to, albeit willingly. This lovely Amaryllis is in full resplendent bloom in her salon and was offered, perhaps as recompense, as today's blip subject.

This journal, however, is a bit strange to write-up four days after the event as I've just been re-connected to the internet tonight, although there is still, apparently, a problem with my router. The Virgin Media technician replaced the modem but after she left I was still unable to access t'internet and had a long and complicated call with a gentleman from faraway lands who got me connected but concluded that I need now take my router to the hospital. All a bit too technical for me, but at least I'm now 'on'.
