Buildings of Bearsted, the White Horse.

A bit of a last minute blip, nothing inspired me today. A dull, overcast day which did not lend itself to an exciting topic. On our walk we ignored Mote Park so you were spared the Sunday fallback shot of the miniature railway.

I've taken many a picture of this pub on our perambulations around Bearsted but never blipped as something more interesting has turned up. Not today. An interesting 16C building which is now a popular public house.

Suffice to say it was a bit pressurised today, getting everything ready for the big trip tomorrow, but we're all packed except for the last few items and looking forward to the trip. Volcanoes and earthquakes excepted. Will that Icelandic volcano keep its cool? And was that just a one off just north of San Francisco - where we'll be from 5-9th September (all being well)
