Traditional Finnish fence

Nowadays it is fashionable to build an old farmhouse fence around one's house. This one is located close to Tyven, and it fits perfectly into the countryside landscape.

It was pretty sunny again today, although the weather forecast was quite grim with continuous rain showers. I spent the day doing some rough gardening at Tiilentie: fell an apple tree, trimmed all the shrubs and plants and broomed all the terraces. A lot of work, hopefully it will pay off tomorrow in the open house...
