In the Saugatuck Drug Store

Saugatuck has a traditional American soda fountain (apparently, over 100 years old, though the current decor is predominantly 1950s in feel). Bought some excellent shakes and ice-cream sodas, but still don't quite understand what a 'phosphate' is....
