Whistle while you work

We're back home, and even though we were only away for a few days, there was plenty to catch up on. One thing which really needed doing was the twice yearly cutting back of the Virginia creeper which covers the house and threatens to engulf it like Sleeping Beauty's castle. D and Sarah took it in turns to go up the double ladder while the other one anchored it on the ground. Then I did the ground floor Windows. To make the task a bit jollier, D brought out his portable speaker and put on some booming music. Luckily we don't have any near neighbours to complain about the noise.
