Déjà vu! I did almost exactly the same as I did last year today, when I went to the Notting Hill Carnival. I could have copied and pasted the description again (I even had the red velvet cupcake), but I went to Holland Park after, for some peace and tranquility after the noise, pushing crowds and hustle and bustle of the carnival. I could actually feel my tense shoulders relaxing once I sat down in the park.

I loved the spectacular, feathery costume the lady in the photo was wearing. I bet she couldn't wait to rip those tickly, snnoying, feathery eyelashes off though!
