Breaking through

I had a nice long lie in this morning; the first time I've managed to sleep through the night in well over a week, so things are improving. My jaw is still sore, but definitely getting better and the wound is almost healed over, so hopefully that's the end of it. I started packing my suitcase today for our holiday starting on Friday; I'm getting quite excited now! The weather forecast between now and Friday is looking good too so I may well get out and about a bit more this week. The blip was taken from my backdoor step as the sun was setting this evening.
