Spa day :-)

Lovely day at the spa with the girls and actually nice to find in some ways in certainly not the only one to mess up in life, and that we all pay for it in some way or other, just guys tend to get a few year break before they get their karma but it will come!

Nominated to do the ice bucket challenge while we where their so money donated and self inflicted ice water over my head, who ever thought it would be a spa treatment too.

Best bit of the day full body massage totally lush and so thankful to the 3 year old for my lovely advancement of a birthday present
