Big Sky and Beautiful Light

Here is more of the same ....but with more interesting light.

After reading about light and photography during our 6 hour car trip, I couldn't resist getting out of bed for sunrise, even if I am on vacation. It was a magical time to be on the beach and I spent an hour taking photos and just enjoying the solitude.

We had an invigorating bike ride to the village of Orient, walked the beach there, and visited a slave cemetery from the early 1800's. We have ended the day with another walk on the beach and star-gazing at a beautiful big sky.
