Capitol reef to Island in the sky

Great walk along the Grand wash trail, then more walks after lunch: Pioneer register and the Tanks. We did not go up to the tanks but we kept walking in the canyon itself for a while. Very hot!
We had a sandwich in the picnic area (we love US parks and their pic mic areas!) and Romeo seemed to really like the proscuitto provolone sandwich.
Primitive camping at Island in the Sky, Canyonland. Why is it called "primitive"? Never knew such a luxurious lodge! (better seen large)
