MARINATED SALMON
We had D's family to lunch & I fancied doing somethung a bit special.
This recipe by Anton Mosiman is one of the most dazzling & delicious I know, using fresh herbs, crabmeat & pickled ginger on a bed of delicately infused salmon, to send the taste buds into raptures .
I was privileged to watch Mr Mosiman create this dish when he appeared on In Touch a few years ago.
In fact, he was teaching David Blunkett how to make it himself, using techniques he could master without sight.
