Extra points for spotting the inappropriate door.

Bonus points for spotting the cross trainer.

Earlier I'd swung my leg over the bike for the first time in a month and bashed out 25 miles. That was a challenge too.

Post lunch joined Mrs S in walking the dogs and was prompted to google "how many times a day should a pug do a shit"

Already told Mrs S she's picking up Joe from his training tonight - he finishes at 8pm which is the kick off time at The Etihad. Not that I think Liverpool will rise to that challenge but the Balotelli side show should be worth watching.
