Wet Holiday Monday

typical bank holiday Monday rained all day
decided to brave the elements and go to Snowshill Manor (National Trust ) only about 15 minutes from us but haven't been for about 25 years
It is a lovely Manor House and the guy that owned it was a collector of all sorts of things which he then displayed in his house and he lived down the garden in a small building which is a little odd. he died in 1955 and left the house to National Trust to look after but one condition was that they would not label any of the items up so if you didn't know what it was you have to ask !!
His gardens were also lovely laid to rooms and hugging to the side of The Cotswolds
