What a week!

So this is where we were ..... but with lots of missing bits. I'd love to show Rik's Bio Mart, our source of supplies, views of the lake, views of the sights of Constance and an array of coffee & cakes, but this'll have to do. Many thanks to Margit for her kindness, navigation, translation, driving, friendship & partner in all things food. Spätzle, maultaschen, salzkartoffeln, Kartoffelpüree, plently of brot, apfelkuchen, apfelsaft, apfelstrudel, spargel, speck, rindfleisch, kuchen, karotte, kase ....... great wine, long breakfasts, good friends ..... a great holiday.
