A tad wet ...

… but that didn't stop the fun at the annual produce show in the village!

And in our first year of entering anything, think we managed not to disgrace ourselves!

James got a second for his focaccia and his chilli jelly.

I then got a second for my brownies and joint third for my lemon drizzle and cheese straws!

Whilst I won our own bake off challenge, overall we got the same points and then, as in our own taste test, we actually disagreed with the judges and thought James's lemon drizzle had the edge, I reckon he should be crowned the winner!!

Not a patch on Lesley the overall winner though - lots more points than us!
