Oats and bran bread.

Today's bake was this bread made from local (Wantage) bread flour. Wessex Mill is a traditional mill that uses locally grown grains. I've not tried this one before, but have used quite a few of the others. They are always of a great quality. I'm just about to buy their sour dough starter- so that should hopefully make some super tasty bread.
