Carnival .....

..... parade.


Today was the Leeds West Indian Carnival and I popped over there for a few hours. I had Curried goat, rice and peas, got drenched by the Bank holiday weather and deafened by the mobile sound systems, but enjoyed every second of it.

This photo shouldn't work and in a day so full of colour it feels a little perverse posting a mono shot but I kept coming back to this one, so today's blip is the .....
