Wine anyone?

The Elderberry bushes are laden with ripe berries ready for the picking! Elderberry was the first home made wine I ever took part in the making of and it set me off down a road that saw making wine from all the usual fruit and some less so i.e. Banana and rosehips. It has slipped of late but seeing the trusses of fruit this evening caused a stirring, what with this and fishing you never know I might just be riding again soon ! Or is this just musing of entry into a second childhood? who knows, perhaps just the farming equivalent of "cabin fever" ;)
