ARGH!!!!!!

Having an intolerance to corn is so frustrating. I know what food brands to avoid (they use cornflour) and on the whole I know what other things I have to avoid. But somethings the "corn radar" fails - so it's out with the hot water bottle and pills while I curl up in a heap and wait for the pain to pass :-(
