Skiddaw Fail

We joined C's family for a huge gathering in Portinscale - 26 of us spanning 4 generations! And it was lovely. This is the group who attempted Skiddaw but after an hour or so, and a few votes later, we decided the hail, the torrential rain and the non-existent views just weren't worth the effort so we headed back to Keswick for a round of hot chocolates instead. Much better idea.
