Baby Slowworm

A damp and dismal start to the bank holiday. What would I find to blip today.
It came on to rain more heavily. Gofer went out to check the drain pipe coming down from the shed. He moved a plant pot and there in running water was this little baby slowworm. We thought a couple of the slowworms were pregnant but did not know when they would give birth. We guess this is only a few days old and is about the smallest we have found in the garden To give scale it is beside a 2p piece. Gofer put in into the green house where we have found other slowworms.
