Day 18: Aloha Kai

From glacial fjords to tropical beaches, I aimlessly wander Honolulu around Diamond Head and Waikiki. Prior to this visit I had only seen the airport in Hawaii, so it was nice to finally experience the Aloha Spirit first-hand. I was grateful to catch up with a long-time high school friend, who let me crash at her place for my brief stay.

As I walked up Diamond Head road, I stopped along the way at scenic spots to soak in the sun and capture stunning views like this. I can see why my friend never wants to leave. Who wouldn't love seeing rainbows and gorgeous sunsets everyday?
