Special Pose

This is a typical Pomeranian Australanian pose. Head up, alert, shining eyes. And now I've been clipped you can see my cute little ears standing up :)))

But the question has been asked, and it must be answered.

Why do I go to the hairdressers so often.

If I didn't, my fur would be almost reaching the ground, and it would mat and knot up very quickly. Lots of people keep their Poms like that, but SHE and HE have decided it's better for me to have short fur which doesn't need brushing several times a day. I'll drink to that - not keen on lots of brushings.

Also summers here get very hot, and I really have to have short hair or I'd melt.

I heard her say the other day that she is going to get me a paddling pool for very hot days. She can put it in the front garden under the spreading oak tree in the shade, and I can sit in it if I want to.

Sounds like an excuse for a blip op to me.
