Donald and Laura came down to stay with us today. We had a BBQ which was much more successful than our last attempt (where I cooked everything in the oven...) and delicious!

Amelie ended up chatting to the little girl next door over the fence and went into her house to play for a bit. It was well past bedtime but was so nice to see her socialising and having fun that I just waited until she was ready to come in.

We had a really lovely evening!
