Beach Olympics

So continuing in the same vain, this is a shot from our last holiday in Padtsow. We had taken a boat trip over to Rock to have a full English breakfast at The Blue Tomato, an amazing little cafe, with equally amazing staff (and food naturally!).

When we arrived back at Padstow, we were dropped off at the beach as the tide was out. This picture just makes me smile, as a passer by said "I bet they're PE teachers!". They weren't wrong, only two out of the six adults were non PE teachers (but sportsmen in their own right). We always have "Beach Olympics" whenever we hit the sand, the kids love it, but I think the adults love it more! My daughter had broken her foot in two places and was just out of cast, so this race was for her (blonde, stripey socks) as she couldn't run!
