Peaceful

The pooch and I took ourselves off for a stroll around the Mere after dropping Daughter No.1 off at the station again. Daughters 2 and 3 were out with Grandma. The Mere seems to have survived its brush with a hurricane - it didn't really amount to much - just a bit of rain round here and in fact could probably do with some - but it would help immensely if it only happens during the hours of darkness, please!
