Cupcakes on fire!

It's not just rum.... It's Havana Club Rum cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese icing!

Had a day off, and was having withdrawal symptoms from baking cupcakes! Tried these fancy caramel sugar toppings for the first time, it was quite therapeutic I have to say!

I am also quite accident prone, and always end up burning myself, dropping something or in today's case, ended up setting fire to the rum and sugar syrup followed by the kitchen towel! I am still alive to tell the tale, that's what counts!
