Checking the crayfish traps

It has been a very rainy day today. We went checking the traps when there was a pause in the rain, but it started to rain just as we were at the lake.

Somehow there was a very calm atmosphere at the lake - the wind stood still and heavy raindrops kept the surface of the lake boiling.

A was flaunting his Brazilian strawhat, but it also provided good protection against the rain. Funny, how it feels like yesterday when we were down there in Rio.

Some 20 pieces of crayfish today, not bad.
