My Seagull Companion

Taken at the botanic gardens this morning. I managed about 10 minutes walking, then felt woozy, so had to come home.

I've had an appalling week. I thought I was feeling better, but I have nausea, and no energy, and have been in bed most of this week. This is by far the worst flu I've ever had. I've hardly eaten anything either, with a piece of bread being all I can handle to stop the hunger pangs. It's been a week now, I'm so over this.
