Finland's Pines

Finland is known for its wood products. between small towns,
you find stands of Forest. Evergreen trees predominate and
forestry can be considered a primary source of income for
many. The trees standing here are all evergreen. We saw
many miles of such trees and always the color red stained central trunk of
each tree. I do not know why this is so. Can anyone tell me?
