rear view

This was part of my walk to work today. I was expecting heavy rain but it never came.
Did the meadowhead farm run today at lunchtime 5 miles in 42 mins.
Loads of ice on my knee and a good stretch and i'll be fine.
Its raining cats and dogs now. Good for the ducks.
