In the morning Ahti got some "driving practice" at grandpa's car. He also used the motorless lawn mover with me. In the afternoon we borrowed my wife's parents car and visited my grandparents. We got some ice cream which Ahti particularly enjoyed. Then we drove about 25 km from Varpaisjärvi city. My folks had rented a cottage from the shore of lake Älänne with their friends. We stayed there a few hours. I went to a smoke sauna and swam in a chilly lake. We ate some barbecue food and had a brief walk in the woods.
