Back to Proper Walks
The Edinburgh Fringe has been 3 weeks of mostly fantastic shows. We did a real mix of drama, music and comedy, over 35 shows.
Thanks to my wonderful husband, Baxter, for organising our Fringe. I would never get my head around the programme which gets bigger every year!
I am back to my proper walking now. I've lost 50lbs since 6 January by changing my diet and walking at least 5 miles every day. I even lost 1lb during the Fringe!
On my first day back I walked 11,738 steps, which for me, is just over 6 miles. I'm happy with that :)
