Whooooa!

Have walked past this on more than one occasion and wondered what on earth a naked man is doing on a horse. In the middle of town. And why are his hands in the horse's mouth (the horse is clearly not enjoying it).

Now I'm no equestrian but surely there must be a better way to get a horse to put the brakes on?!
