A little Fairy

Popped into Guildford this morning, then did the food shop. I bought 3 cushions in Laura Ashley last year for £130. took the covers to be dry cleaned and 2 have come back not good. The dry Cleaner's said that they did as instructions on them. Took them back to Laura Ashly today in Homebase . And they gave me a number to ring . And I need to find the receipt. Oh my do I give up?
