Rainy day baking

It was a typical bank holiday today but we had my sister in law and niece coming so in the morning I tidied up then decided to do some baking. We had some prunes open in the fridge so heated them up with some apricots to make a sticky layer for some flapjacks. We went to the mill last week and I bought some oats so used those to make fruity flapjacks, they were yummy. Fun evening as neighbours came over and we did some 80s dancing but I left off the booze after a heavy night Saturday!
