Broken but not dead

Last Tuesday I moved the window troughs round to the side of the house as it was going to be windy and one had already been blown off the window sill.
This Livingstone daisy broke off and I just layed it on the wall beside the trough. I was surprised to see that it was flowering.
I couldn't get going today. I started with dyeing some material I needed to finish the sofa but just could get going in the garden. After my afternoon coffee I went out for a little while and did a little weeding.
A beautiful sunny day but quite a strong wind blowing.
