Triple ginger and spice cake

Tomorrow I am going to visit my Aunt Inez, who has just reached the ripe old age of 95! When I was a child, my parents would take me to visit her and my Uncle Will on a Sunday after church and she always had lots of home-baking for us to sample. I have baked this wee ginger cake to take up to her tomorrow. I hope she enjoys it.
